We just had a wonderful 9-night stay at Ivica's apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly welcome and hospitality. The location is fantastic, with easy walking access to the old town, port, and shopping areas. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a bonus of a courtyard seating area where we enjoyed breakfast. Ivica's attention to detail and the little touches made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay in Split very close to center and intercity bus/train/ferries. Unbeatable location close to everything, great value. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Konoba Fetivi, placed 5 minutes walk from the apartment...

This cosy apartment made our trip to Split just perfect! When something needed, extraordinarily friendly staff were happy to help. There was a spacious bedroom. Could use luxury bathroom. We loved food for continental breakfast they prepared.

The apartment is located in a charming pedestrian street near the old town center. The host, Ivica, was very hospitable and provided us with a map and information about the keys. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and the WiFi was reliable.

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't find anything to complain about.

The curtains in the apartment were not thick enough to block out the light, which made it difficult to sleep in or take a nap during the day. there was no balcony or terrace, only a small courtyard that felt more like an indoor room.

The room at Apartments Ivica Split was super cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed, like a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a shower. We loved the homely atmosphere and it was perfect for our family with two small kids.

Personally, I could have done without the satellite TV, but I know others might enjoy it.
